The smartphone will look like the iPhone 14, it will receive one camera from LG Innotek
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone SE 4 in March 2025. The smartphone is rumored to feature an iPhone 14-style redesign and a 6.1-inch LG Display OLED display, marking the final transition of the Cupertino company to OLED.
According to new information, the iPhone SE 4 will receive a 12-megapixel TrueDepth front camera. The main one will be a 48-megapixel sensor with a wide-angle lens. The most interesting thing is that the supplier of image sensors will be LG Innotek, which supplied camera modules for the iPhone SE 3.
LG Innotek has allegedly already started mass production of camera modules at its Vietnam plant. There is also speculation that the iPhone SE 4 may have existing camera components as it is expected to be priced under $500. The rear and front cameras will be the same as the iPhone 16. The remaining components will be sourced from Foxconn and Cowell Electronics.
The iPhone SE 4 could be the first device to feature Apple’s modem, which the company has been working on for years. Insiders claim that Apple will introduce its own 5G chip in early 2025.
